You may know the basics, maybe set up your own loom and woven some patterns and need a refresher or have never woven before and would love to have a go.
This two day course will take you through the whole process of winding a warp and dressing a loom to weaving cloth. Jan will provide you with all the tips, tricks and techniques to ease your journey into weaving.

This popular two day workshop is designed to teach you how to warp up or dress your loom on the first day before moving on to experimenting with colour, texture and pattern on the second day. It is aimed at both those who have bought looms and would like to learn to warp up or those thinking of buying. Jan will have the warps prepared but will explain how you prepare a warp using a warping board. if you have an Ashford tabletop four or eight shaft loom or similar and you would like to bring it please check direct with Jan that it is suitable.

This class is perfect for beginners but weavers with alittle more experience will also enjoy this course.
Come and enjoy a day weaving a Tartan scarf using a 4 shaft table loom. Explore classic Tartan weaving patterns and go home with a lovely scarf.
